We provide a range of stimulating and structured group experiences, which take staff, managers and colleagues through our 'Re-imagining' process - resulting in a vision of 'new integrity' for you and your company/organisation. For more information on this please e-mail info@newintegrity.org

Some of our techniques:

• Cultural Narratives and Storytelling  How is your complex reality imagined and narrated by others - in the media, tv/movies, the arts? How can becoming aware of the limitations of these cultural narratives help you, and your company, tell your own powerful story? (For background see Core Ideas: Consciousness)
• Loop Thinking  So many individuals and organisations find it difficult to strike the right balance between intuition and analysis, control and empathy, in their daily practice and operations. Loop Thinking offers a different "way of knowing" that can better integrate these elements, and increase effective action (For more see Core Ideas: Ways of Knowing)
• The Play Ethic   In an age where "work" is increasingly regarded as out-of-balance with "life", is there a way for people to bring more of their full human selves, their creativity and energies, to their organisation? We explore a vision of play, and the player, as a new narrative for motivating employees and colleagues. (For more, see Core Ideas: Engagement)
• Integral Visioning  How can employees, colleagues and participants own the 'big picture' that drives their organisation or network? How can they make the correlation between their internal capacities and values, and the external challenges of making a difference in the world? Integr8: New Integrity at a one-to-one level

New Integrity also provides a one-on-one service called Integr8 - in which the more subjective and individual aspects of leadership and strategy in a profoundly interconnected world are dealt with in depth.
